VisionVest Circle is a member-owned co-operative society, registered with the FCA, built by a community of professionals committed to long-term shared prosperity.
FCA Registered Co-operative Society No. 5534 — 2014 Act
VisionVest Circle Co-operative Society Limited is a registered co-operative society, FCA Society Number 5534, registered 08 April 2026 under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. We are a member-owned, democratically governed organisation built on three years of demonstrated mutual trust.
Our ten founding members bring expertise across logistics operations, healthcare, IT and solutions architecture, HR administration, finance, and project management. Together we are building a sustainable, multi-generational institution that generates real wealth for our members and their families.
We began as a rotating savings community — an Esusu — where members contributed monthly and supported each other financially through trust alone. That foundation of trust is what makes VisionVest Circle different.

Built on Trust. Grown with Purpose.
Membership is open to individuals who share our co-operative values, are committed to long-term participation, and are introduced by referral from an existing member. We grow carefully and deliberately.
Share capital ownership, democratic governance rights, participation in the Society's surplus, access to the member scheme, and long-term wealth building through collective investment in business and property.
All new members are introduced by referral. Apply online to express interest. A Committee conversation will follow before any formal application.
The Society generates income through active trading. Our current primary business is medical and pharmaceutical logistics — a sector chosen for its stable contracts, high barriers to entry, and strong Social Value alignment with the NHS. Surplus generated by our trading activities is reinvested into the Society, used to build reserves, and directed toward long-term member wealth including property acquisition.
Prescribed medicine delivery to patients and care settings, temperature-controlled, with real-time tracking portal.
GP-to-laboratory circuits with UN3373 compliant Category B handling and chain of custody documentation.
Framework-based logistics services, ISO 9001 quality management, Social Value procurement advantage.
Surplus from trading activities will fund property acquisition as a long-term collective asset for members.
We are not just a business. We are a community.
Every member has equal democratic power regardless of investment size.
Members support each other through the Esusu savings scheme and collective decision-making.
All financial decisions are open to members, with full audit trails and regular reporting.
Surplus is reinvested for members, not extracted by outside investors.
Members are owners and are accountable to each other.
We build for generations, not quarters.
A five-year plan built on solid foundations.
